i came into chickfila on may 18th and my exprience was awful. i dealt with a manager by the name of jack williams and my food was cold and it took a very long time to be waited on and to get my food. i asked to speak to the manager and he actd like it was just humorous that i was upset. i will never visit this particular chickfila again

Recently visited this location and was very disappointed. This is the first Chick-fil-a I have visited that had no organization of waiting on customers. Then I went to order some tea and I was told it would be 10 minutes, so I chose a coke product instead. When I sat down to eat my meal, the coke was flat. So I went up to ask for another drink and the team leader said all of the drinks were that way and acted like it was no problem I will not visit this location again and this particular location is a rea disgrace to the chain.
