Morgan's Tavern & Grill, New Bern

Very good food, atmosphere, and staff. Great place! Will definitely be going back on our next trip to New Bern.

we have traveled to New Bern from Upstate New York for near 15 years with timeshare and visiting our daughter and family who have been there for about the same time we have eaten here a number of times over the years and find the food and service to be excellent and prices what you would expect for a downtown type area like New Bern not extremely expensive considering the qualiity of food and service and atmosphere beautiful patio if weather isnice we will surely be back many more times when we visit

Service was great, food was very good, prices were what I expected. I will go back to this restaurant.

I went to Morgan's for lunch in April 2008 and ordered the Tropical Chicken Salad. The chicken salad arrived in a half pineapple. When I took a bite of chicken salad, I could also take a bite of pineapple. It was to die for! The cost? $8.49. You can't beat it. Also, the servers were terrific, very capable and friendly. Happy, lively lunch atmosphere. I am looking forward to going there for dinner the next time I'm in New Bern.

First time at Morgan's actually wasn't very good - may have been on the learning curve because next two times I really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere -, easy parking and good food. Slightly upscale but this is a good thing for New Bern
