Not so happy

I really hate to do this, but the other day I went here and ordered take out which was $22 for two rolls, which I don't mind paying for good sushi, but when I got home I had recieved the wrong order and immediately called. The girl that I talked to told me that she wouldn't fix it and that I was wrong, but my boyfriend and I order take out from there all the time and it's always the right thing, but just to see their reaction to my problem upset me, they are usually very nice and good at what they do, but because of the fact that I spent $22 on something that I didn't even eat, and they refused to fix the problem when it was their fault, I probably won't go back. I work in a restaurant and I know that when we mess up, we make sure we fix it and that the customer leaves happy!
