The Cheesecake Factory, Raleigh

The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant. If you want the best food for a good price then check it out! There is something on the menu for everyone and if you go as a group then you should try new things and share. I have never been disappointed. I want one in my neighborhood but will be glad to travel to Raleigh for a great meal.

Everyone please listen up! When you are paying good hard earned money, you should not be treated poorly by anyone who waits on you! Also should've you complained to management they should offer to make you happy by any means, and not just brush you off the phone! (Milo) aka Gen. Manager...

We went to the cheesecake factory resturant for our anniversary dinner. Tonight there was a female and male waiter servicing our table. However, the female waitress informed us that she was going to pack up our leftovers for us. She placed our plates on the edge of her work station and went to help people at another table. The male waiter went to the work station and touched the edges of our plates three separate times and just looked at them. Meanwhile, he reached over our plates to retreive water and tea pitchers for other tables. The male waiter went to fill up cups for people at other tables. Several other waiters (4 to 5) came to the work station and talked while our plates were still on the work station (uncovered). Finally both initial waiters came back at the work station and our plates were finally taken to the kitchen to be packed. I don't know anyone who would like other people talking and reaching over their uncovered food. If the waiters can't go to the kitchen and put the leftovers in a box in a timely manner - They need to bring the box to the customer. I did not appreciate this total disregard of my food. I had planned to eat the leftover portion of my meal for lunch the next day. However, after this blatant disregard by the waiters to properly perform their job, I will never eat at this place again! This was a bad ending to my anniversary dinner. The next time I will go somewhere else with good food and good service. Never Again!!!!

Great place, so many choices that everyone can get what they like. Pasta DaVinci and Evelyn's Favorite are favorites among my friends. And all the cheesecakes are excellent - white chocolae caramel on a blondie, godiva chocolate, tuxedo are super! Service is good, atmosphere is very nice!

They have the best food and the atmosphere is great.I not going to even mention the cheesecake. I feel like the prices could be a bit lower, and I would not tell some who is not well off to go there. With that said me and my friends have been going there since high school. Every time I go out of town it's one of the place I look up!

I have dined at the Cheesecake Factories all over the country. Never have I had a bad meal or poor service. The wait people have been most attentive and the food preparation has been second to none. You can always count on a treat to your palette from the desert menu. You can always rely on the Cheesecake Factory for a fine dining experience for you’re out of town guests or family. Great atmosphere, accompanied by the very best food preparation and serving to you needs. The Cheesecake Factory will never dissatisfy you. My expectations are high and the Cheesecake Factory always delivers. Your choice should be this restaurant.

I went here for my first wedding Anniversary and I was in love with the service that we received and food especially their famous cheesecake. Excellent place to go eat or grab a drink and cheesecake.

I WENT TO THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY THIS WEEK. I TRULY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE. I HAD A NEW ITEM ON THE MENU. IT WAS BBQ SALMON WITH MASHED POTATOES, SUCCOTASH, AND ONION STRAWS. IT WAS DELICIOUS. AS ALWAYS, THE SERVICE WAS A1.

I recently went there and it was nearly 10pm and an hours wait! The staff were very prompt and courteous.The food was ok but the cheesecake was perfection! Over 20 variaties and though slightly overpriced, Ill be coming back.

The management is very disrespectful! The service was ok, food was good, long wait, and very over priced.
