I went to the new panchos location,i have also eaten at the other location.the food is good and the servers are very polite. One thing i noticed is the manager,he is so very rude to the other employees it was just to upsetting to watch,my wife said she would not want to return there. He kept a scowl on his face and comes across very unhappy at his job.I also mentioned our experience to a friend of ours,he and his wife noticed a similar situation when they were there.I wonder what ever happened to treat people how you want to be treated,or everyone is created equal so why treat people like they are below you and humiliate them in front of others.I will drive to huntington with my family or better yet go to taco bell before i go back to panchos in point pleasant .I was so disappointed that this manager was under the misconception that he was owner and could treat the staff like they were his private property.
stopped in to eat 3/20/2010 @ 5:30 on my way home . just my husband and I and the service was great and what we ate of the food was great. However, after a couple bites of my dinner I found that the hambeureger was still pink inside. We asked the waitress if it looked pink to her and she said yes and we asked her tto take it away and she did.
Then the manager came out and said that the meat was pink because of the chilli powder they put in it...We told her that my husband cooks all the time and never have heard of such she said it happens all the time..Needless to say she was going to bring the food back out to us and we told her no we couldnt eat it now. Then we recieved the bill and payed for it nad the cashier said that this happens a lot..well, guess what I will not eat there again oor suggest and body to eat there,,They need to fry there meat better and get it done or someone is going to get sick eating there..
Never again!!! We have learned our lesson First and Last time!!!!
I visited Point Plesant on Thursday Sept 10th 2009 and ate at Pancho's it was very good the people were very nice and the atmossphere was very mexican i really enjoyed the naccho chips and salsa i did'nt want to stop eating them fresh and warm I will be going back soon Thanks Jenny from Ohio.
I absolutely love this place. They have the best Mexican Pie - I know, it's an appetizer, but I get it as my meal and end up taking half home. The prices aren't outrageous and the atmosphere is awesome. I was craving some chips and salsa and had my husband stop in to get some. They gave him a big bag of chips and like 10 cups of salsa for just a couple dollars. I definitely go back to this place when I get the chance and a craving for authentic Mexican food.
We were taking a little trip to see the statue of the Mothman in Point Pleasant WV. We got a little hungry so we had heard about a little Mexican Cantina called Pancho's. We got there and the minute we walked in they made us feel like we had been there before. They have great servers. The food was delicious. Ice cold beer. We told them we would be back and bring friends with us next time. Two weeks later us and 13 other motorcycles headed to Pancho's. They got our table ready in a hurry and always had a smile on there faces. We laughed and carried on with everyone in the place. Needless to say that waitress got a great tip that day. They said call us next time your in town so you don't have to wait on your tables.
