Morton's the Steakhouse - Atlantic City, Atlantic City

Just a few steps from the valet parking inside the main casino entrance of Caesar's Atlantic city, you will find 2 tall, dark wooden doors with a subtle marquis welcoming you to Morton's. From the moment you enter, you know you are in for a treat. The perfect fine dining atmosphere, lighting and ambiance are a welcome change to many of today's eclectic slop houses. The business end of the kitchen is brazenly displayed at one end of the dining room, where three chefs are visible during the service. The wait staff seems carefully selected and very knowledgeable of the rank and file dishes. The starters came quickly and were fresh and tasty. My fillet was nicely cooked and perfectly seasoned. The deserts were incredible. Look to spend $50-80 dollars per person here, but expect the best of the best. Still the preferred choice of gourmet steak over Ruth's Chris.
