Just left the restaurant, and had a bad experience. Our waitress Julia (older woman) was very slow on the service. Another employee had to remind her we were still waiting to be served!! What topped it off was dirty utensils!! Fork, and spoon were not washed correctly because they had left over (dried crusty) food on them! Disgusting!! Good food, but not service or sanitation!!

It was my first visit to any of there locations. I must say..I was in for quite a surprise. The atmosephere was cozy inside and the outside dining area, although a bit packed, was fabulous. I had the Chicken Fetteccini Alfrado that was out of this world. Good flavor and presentation. The other dishes at the table were equally as wonderful. Now you KNOW we all had desert. Oreo cheesecake and for the others first time I suggeted the Khalua cheesecake. All of them loved it and said they would order it again. Try any of there locations. I'm sure you wont be disappointed..
Pros: This location is on the second floor in the center of The Grove mall. The street view is well worth the wait! When matching price with ambiance and taste, NONE can compare. The menu satifies every taste, culture, cuisine, and health concious diner. Huge portions, excellent service and hollywood stars all included! Need I mention it's famous dessert namesake?
Cons: I don't recommend stopping in for breakfast. Long waits.
The Cheesecake Factory has good food. The portions are pretty large, which is nice. I rarely get cheesecake there anymore, although the carrot cake cheesecake is phenomenal. The cheesecakes are a little sweet, and the rest of the food is so big that usually you're too full for dessert. This particular one is in The Grove, which is nice. If you are lucky enough to sit outside, you will get a great view. The inside of the restaurant is as noisy as a train station, though, and there is usually a wait. The servers are pretty nice (they all look like actor/servers, which cracked me up), too.
