I just think that they are in the wrong target market - upscale Vietnamese restaurant in Concord might not be a good idea. Look at Pho Hoa not too far from them, bright neon lights, no frills, delicious cheap food, and it its filled with people. Paradise is an excellent restaurant, but in this economy, who would want to splurge for fine Vietnamese cuisine?

We had a party of 16 there last night. I'm not sure why there were so few others there. The food was excellent, the service was good, and I'm very pleased with how well the event turned out.
