Ma's Islamic Restaurant, Anaheim

Many Islamic Chinese stuff hard to find else where. Excellent prices, plenty of parking space. Little too far from LA but worth it.

If you're looking for a delicious reasonable priced restaurant you better go to Ma's. First off, the food is fresh, and very mouthwatering, the food comes under 10 minutes which is a great thing for a restaurant night. Once you go there you can't stop. There's no lousy dishes, all the dishes are great.

This is the freshest, best tasting chinese food I have had outside of Chinatown. You can taste each ingredient. Lunch specials are a great deal.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in all of Orange County! Everything on their menu is amazing! Try the paratha, you won't be disappointed!

Food is great! Service is average. There is usually tons of people so the wait can be long. But its not too bad.

My husband and I decided to give it a try on New Years Eve. Problem there was everybody else decided that as well. Very long wait, but very accommodating staff. We opted not to wait and ordered take out and drove back to Los Angeles to eat at home. The food was packed well and it kept hot, even for the 40 minute ride. The food was DELICIOUS. Shrimp and Broccoli, was tender and cooked to perfection. (Lots of shrimp too.) Egg rolls were golden brown, and very tasty. If you like crab and creamy corn soup, then you won't be disappointed. It was hot, delicious, with generous portions of crab meat, and perfect for a cold winter evening. We didn't realize that a flat tortilla-like bread (kinda' a cross between a tortilla and naan) infused with green onions came with the food, so we ordered the thin onion-sesame bread. Also, delicious and a wonderful accompany to the meal. We were told most weekends and holidays it is extremely busy, so for us, we'll by-pass the wait and order carry out, as it was ready within 20 minutes. We would like to go back and sit in the restaurant during a less busy time, as the ambiance is very pleasant, even with the multitudes. Bon Appetit!

I don't really get Alanna C's review...Ma's Islamic serves CHINESE food. Not Arabic and Persian. The owner is a Chinese Muslim, which is why it serves halal (like kosher for Muslims) food. Just want to make sure nobody goes there looking for Arabic or Persian food and gets surprised! Anyways, their food is great. I recommend getting their thin sesame bread and their sizzling rice soup. And everything else! The atmosphere is also nice. The only drawback is the wait. It seems to always be very crowded there. But hey, it's popular for a reason =]

Decent Chinese food - nothing special but it won't make you sick like a lot of fast food Chinese (like Panda Express and Pick Up Stix). If you have ever had really good Chinese, this one won't impress. If you haven't, then you will certainly enjoy this.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The service is fantastic. The entire staff is friendly. Food is brought to the table quickly after you order. Food is always hot! The flat bread is awesome!
