El Taco Factory Incorporated, Brentwood

I've been eating here for years. Never had a off experience. The carne asda is fabulous in any item. I like the regular carne asda burrito. My kids LOVE the Factory nachos with carne asda, of course. The owner, Nacho, makes my kids special beverages with fruit juice and a splash of soda. They love the special treatment. :) I've been there while they were roasting tomatillos for their green salsa, such a beautiful sight. Everything is fresh and made with passion and care.

I love their chorizo tacos but they tend to use too much pinto beans and the beans tend to be a little undercooked (firm) for my taste. Otherwise good food.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! I dont think I can say it any other way. The carne asada is very tastey. The owner is such a nice man, very personable. He knew we were return customers and gave us complimentary beverages.

I see this taqueria every time I shop at WINCO and I finally stopped by for lunch yesterday. I chose their Factory Burrito; with steak, no Salsa Fresca, and guacamole on the side. Simply put, it was all around average. Average in regards to price and average in taste, it was good but not great. However, the customer service was delightful. The woman who helped me was very kind and I will definitely visit again so I can try their Factory Taco!
