This was our first time here for breakfast. When we got there, it was sort of busy but not too busy, especially for the time we showed up. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but the service was awfully slow and not very good. We got seated, and no one came to our table to offer us coffee, so we asked a bus boy if he could help us. A waitress finally came after 5 minutes of waiting for our drinks, but forgot to give us spoons to stir our coffee. So we waited about 5 more minutes and we finally got someone else's attention to help us. By then, our coffee was lukewarm. Then we sat and sat which honestly seemed like 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order. A waitress, Lana, walked over, and we asked her if she could help us since our waitress never showed up again after bringing our coffee, which by the way tasted like water. She was very willing but didn't seem happy about it. We were more apologetic for her service than she was, and it felt like we were being a nuisance though we were polite. Once we ordered, our food arrived promptly, but was shocked to see what was on our plate. I ordered two eggs with toast and potatoes. My plate was 3/4 potatoes, and what seemed less than 1/4 eggs. I eat eggs every morning, and this was definitely one small egg. I didn't complain to the manager, but we wanted to let you know that this was the worse service we have ever received. We love Coco's and will definitely continue to dine there, but not at this location. I am one to never complain, and my husband would attest that I usually call the manager to comment on great service and food, so this is one of the first times I have complained in over 10 years.
