Grey Gelding Bistro and Bar, Saratoga Springs

We ate dinner at the Grey Gelding last night for our anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with the food, service and atmosphere. We had two appetizers, the lamb Spiedies and the cheese platter. Our entrees were the Veal St. John and Royal Sonesta, all of which was cooked perfectly and just plain excellent. We enjoyed cocktails and a bottle of wine, followed by dessert, carrotcake and an adorable pumpkin gelato (in a real minature pumpkin!). We'd recommend the Gelding to anyone in Saratoga and will definitely be back. Judy & Chris Garcia

Excellent selection of foods at reasonable prices. Service was outstanding and the wait staff were very attentive and ensured that you were not rushed to eat and they were very pleasant and personable. The Temecula Chicken Salad Sandwich from the lunch menu is delicious and the Chicken St. John on a generous portion of fresh Percitale pasta is a perfect choice for dinner! Went here for the first time and they have a Korean Bulgogi Steak that will literally melt in your mouth. It was worth the price I paid for it.
