Attended the "Doors and More" event on Thursday night. The service, presentation,and incredibly delicious hors d' oeuvres were surpassed only by the generosity to such a wonderful community event. Thank you!!!!

My husband, step-daughter, and I had a wonderful meal at Chew last night to celebrate a birthday. The food was outstanding and the service flawless. And, there is plenty of space between the tables so diners don't feel their neighbors are becoming part of their private conversations! We will definately go back.

My husband, step-daughter, and I had a wonderful meal at Chew last night (6/11/08) to celebrate a birthday. The food was outstanding and the service flawless. And, there is plenty of space between the tables so diners don't feel their neighbors are becoming part of their private conversations! We will definately go back.

Chic and Trendy restaurant in Downtown Jax

Chew is a very chic and trendy restaurant located in downtown Jax. The foods are great. Service is friendly. Athmosphere is fabulous. Lunch hour is always busy. Price is a bit on the high-end side for downtown restaurant. But this is not your average downtown deli kinda place; it's really nice. It's the kinda place you want to be seen having lunch at. I wish they would open for business in the evenings but maybe in the near future. I highly recommend this place.
