This pub draws a mixed crowd, from working stiffs to families, business people, and the artsy types that spill over from the nearby Uptown area. A very friendly staff, tabletop shuffleboard and an antique jukebox, featuring a diverse selection of tunes, all contribute to the casual atmosphere. The food is ranked way above most pub grub. Order the usual burgers or sandwiches if you please, but why not indulge? Try a Cuban salad or spicy pork sandwich or go for a chicken enchilada or BLT with zucchini fries and creamy coleslaw. Be sure to leave room for dessert: the Banana Splitsville is an ice cream lover's delight.
