Service with a smile!

We took a huge risk bringing a young toddler and a newborn to Jackson thipast season and without JHCR we would've been lost. Thanks to their top notch guidance our trip was perfect! We can't wait to get back next year.

Excessive Fees

This agency charges excessive fees if you need to make changes in your travel plans. We were charged $200 per person per airline ticket (4 people) for travel on American Airlines. If you book directly with American the change fee is only $150 per ticket. We were also charged fees for changing dates for our hotel and lift tickets. We were left feeling ripped off rather than taken care of by this travel agency.

Great from the first call to Jackson Hole Central Reservations to the last run at Jackson. Everything was clear, easy, just as advertised. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
