Pier 47 Marina, Wildwood

Bought a trailer from them and it was the wrong size and they cut the Winch Stand Post about a foot too short and would not fix it. I end up going to another Marina at a cost of another $265.53. Pretty bad since I paid over $1900 for it at Pier 47. I would nver deal with them again. Beware!

Salesman Racela will try and get every ounce of commission. Anything he sells you take 2K off waverunners, 4K off Jet boats and negotiate from there. The service is weak. It;s as if they know they;re the only "game: in town and they don't have to be very friendly. Except for the older woman who works at the register..

I rented boats from their for the past 3 years and it is the most fun ive ever had in a long time. The staff was excellent and very nice. They were very helpful about fishing equipment and what to do. I will definately be returning for years to come.

My last time at Pier 47 will definitely be my last time. Faulty equipment and a gas line break that covered me with gasoline is no way to relax and enjoy the day. To make matters worse, when I did finally get back to the pier and told the staff, they could care less. I'm not expecting the world, but a simple apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Instead they treated me like I was an idiot for having the line dryrot. Extremely unprofessional staff and unreliable equipment will keep me far from Pier 47.
