People say that this church is beautiful, and that may be. This tells me that the moderrnists haven't wrecked the interior, destroyed the high altar, or "renovated" it so that it looks like a Protestant church. I like traditional liturgies, especially the Traditional Latin Mass, where the priest uses incense, and where there is chant instead of secular "hymns" like "On Eagles Wings." Often at the seashore Mass is a hand clappy, hand shaky affair with a heavy Protestant flavor. It is really tiresome. I don't need to see a Catholic priest leaving the sanctuary and walking among the people when he delivers the sermon--this is 700 Club stuff. I doubt whether Saint Ann's has a TLM but it would be nice if it did. The TLM is attracting more and more people in Philadelphia and elsewhere. When I went to Assumption on Seaview Avenue 3 years ago, I walked out because the Mass was so Protestant and talky. I hope they have improved. Peeple all over the world are taking another look at the Novus Ordo Mass and they are finding many flaws in it.
the only place in the world, where anyone, no matter, what religion, color, age, race or political faith or belief can sit quietly, without noise or distractions of any kind and without interruptions of any kind quietly communicate, talk and pray to
''GOD'', Our Father and Creator!
