It's a shame

I used to love shopping at this store (although totally overpriced), but I recently had a terrible experience trying to shop with them online. After weeks of not hearing anything from the manager, I sent an email explaining my situation, and the reply I got back was nothing short of MEAN AND NASTY. These people should NOT be selling things online. Stick to the store only, folks. Steer clear of this place, for the sheer fact that the person in charge of their online orders is nasty and does not care for his customers. I'm done with this place for good.

i think sand jamm is the best surf shop ever and the dude that works at the skate shop is amazing and very handsome/ helpful!!:) i also think the manager and owner are toataly radical.
