I was so excited to be getting my first bikini wax for an upcoming romantic vacation. However as I am laying the table the girl continues to blabber on about other customers and how "THEY" looked. Then I stopped the procedure due to "pain" but really it was because the wax stick she was using had nasty hair all over it. OMG I will shave from now on.

My experience to the purple door was so horrible and unacceptable. I went there and got my eye brow waxed. But I ended up got a second degree burn under my left eye brow area. This was a very unfortunate incident that I feel may have been avoided if you had only listened to my initial complaints concerning the pain of the procedure. The people there are very rude and unprofessional.

I called a week ahead and scheduled and appointment with Nancy. I sat in the waiting room while they played soothing music and had plenty of magazines to look at. I was pleased with how easy it was to converse with her during my procedure-I got a waxing-she made me feel very comfortable and I think it was definitely worth the money I paid. I would recommend to all of my friends to go see her and have heard wonderful things about her from other friends.

The Purple Door was my secret place.My hubby gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. I LUV the place. He gave me another certicate for Valentine's Day.I made the mistake of taking my 13 year old daughter with me, now she thinks she has to go also.I guess she'll become Spoiled by them too! It is a very relaxing place and everyone is so Friendly. Can't wait to go back. You guys Rock!!!!!

The Purple Door is an awesome place! It doesn't matter what you're there for, you're greeted warmly and offered a drink and hot pad for your neck. The decor and background music are very relaxing. I've been there before for brow waxes and today I went for a spa session that included a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and lunch. Even for eyebrow waxes, you lie down on a very soft body hugging heated bed! The amenities here and the well-trained staff are well-worth the trip! Like another user, I forgot to leave a tip and will be mailing it, lol!

the purple door is a place like no other every service is preformed with perfection.I was so relaxed i forgot to leave a tip and called to say i would mail it.They do not rush you out they treat you like family the entire time you are there.

This was my first day spa experience. I was so pleased. The staff made my friends and I feel like we were the only customers in the world and so special. I look forward to returning.

The Purple Door is a relaxing place. The staff is great and will accomodate your every need. I think it is by far the BEST day spa in Greenwood.
