Oso Beach Golf Course, Corpus Christi

Oso like all course's in Corpus Christi,has plenty of hazard's to deal with including the wind. Overall I liked my outing's I have there.It has a great bar and grill with very attractive women working there. Another reason to spend your day relaxing at their course. I am from out of town and I'll be here for another 16 months-working. I play every other week at this course and have enjoyed every moment that I spend there. So make sure you add this to your visit's when arriving in Corpus Christi if you like golf. Avid golfer from the Mississippi gulf coast. TC

My boys were there for a Golf Tournament so this was our first visit to the golf course. I don't know much about golf, but this course seemed nice. We would've loved to been able to rent a cart, but they were all out by the time we got there. So we walked all 18 holes with the players! What a workout, but atleast the scenery was nice!:) I was told the drinks and snacks were a bit pricey so I didn't go in there, but husband did buy 2 bottled waters for us though. Good golf course~~~~~

This is about the cheapest golf you'll experience in the U.S. and the great thing about it is that it's still a decent course with plenty of water hazards, etc.

My brother recently took me out to play some golf on this beautiful golf course in CC. At about the 9th hole, he said "it's a shame this place may not be here next time we plan on going another 18 holes in the future (because TAMUCC wants it). I was saddened the rest of the game. If TAMUCC wants this beautiful piece of land, then I encourage the City of CC to SELL it to TAMU at TOP DOLLAR! Don't be fools and give it away!

great little links course and adequately challenging. a great public course in good condition overall. play this course in fall, winter or late summer. way too windy in the spring up to mid-summer... this is why the Velocity Games are hosted nearby on the bay.
