Not looking back

The owner herself had a negative and bad attitude. I was not treated nicely, it was like she was having problems and it wasn't my fault I was just there to buy an anniversary gift for my husband. I will never go back, I liked it when Mr. Roberts owned it! Ugh I have told my friends my experience and since it has changed from Mr. Roberts it has been an unpleasant experience. Tips if you have a business and you have issues you should at least act happy and treat your customers with respect!
