Menominee Park, Zoo & Little Oshkosh Playground

The zoo admission is free again. I spent a Friday afternoon here with my 16 month old, and he loved it. The park has age appropriate playground equipment and nice paths for walking/strolling. Well worth the hour drive!

Use to be free and have lots of exciting animals, now it is just a money maker for the city

When we went the zoo cost our family of four $6. It wasn't as clean as other zoos I had been to (milwaukee zoo) but the kids sure loved it. we enjoyed being able to feed almost every animal there. quite a variety for such a low price. If you ask me it was well worth the trip to oshkosh just because the zoo, the park rides area and the GIGANTIC playground were all within a few feet of each other, which makes for a fun filled day without all the travel. The Little Oshkosh PLayground is definitly a place you dont want to miss. your kids will play here for hours and never get bored. I felt a little uncomfortable because it was so big and couldnt always keep an eye on both the children. The paddle boats, bumper boats, train ride and carousel were all very cheap. Unfortunatly they do make the parents pay for the ride on the carousel and train. I think it was like $.75 per person. The kids also enjoyed watching all the people boating nearby. Great for a fun family day.

I like the variety of things to do. There is something for everyone,big or little.
