Normally a pleasant experience
I've been to Chicago Bros.a few times with my wife. Most of the visits have been for dinner.....we've been very pleased with the food & the service...we've always had the same girl--young with short, dark hair, and she's terrific. I should know her name, but I don't recall it....
Anyway, all of our dinner visits have been very pleasant. It's a nice alternative to Pizza Hut/Papa John's/Domino's pizzas, and I'd recommend their regular pizzas, and dinner visits.
We did go within the past couple weeks for the lunch buffet, and it was a very subpar experience. There were a total of 3 pizzas on the buffet, one being a specialty pizza. We were there for about half an hour, and it was an hour until the buffet was to end....yet I didn't see any new pizza put on the buffet at all. On a couple of trips up to the buffet, there was 3/4 of the specialty pizza left, one piece of one of the others, and the other one was empty.
We also had a different server from all of our dinner visits, she seemed unhappy, insincere, and a definite step down from the other server.
Great place, but they need to either scrap the lunch buffet or expand it.
