End Zone Sports Bar & Grill, Lafayette

I recently visited lafaeyette indiana and went. To the endzone...the bartender was really rude to me..later I found out he was the owner....I don't know if it was because I was in an interacial relationship...but it seemed he had it in for me...and I ve nver met the guy.....I tried ordering drinks and he ignored me....then he comes to me and asks me to have consideration and not interrupt him while he's taking drink orders....what?....this is a bar. Isn't that how it works...he was reeally a prick....so if you are in a interacial relationship I suggest you stay away from this place......I did go to security and let them know about their bartender....afterwards bartender/owner had me removed from bar...

Pizza is mediocre at best, and none of the other people I was dining with thought much of their food, either. Service was also mediocre.

The sweet chili wings are my favorite with an order of the sweet corn nuggies!! yum yum!

Love the hot sauce on the wings here. Probably the best in town... even better than Wing Stop. It's also always fun for sporting events. If the game becomes a blowout or commercials are boring, there's plenty of games around the bar that anyone can partake to pass the time. Great place for casual drinkiners! I must also say that it is a ritual for me to get drunk during the football games on Sunday. Usually places like B-dubs, or Applebee's, or any other restaurant will cut you off if you've been there for the whole day, but End Zone has yet to cut me off once, which keeps me coming.

The food at Endzone is amazing...sandwiches and pizza are really great! The bartenders are great but the wait staff quality has diminished a lot over the past few months. One waitress glared at us and rolls her eyes every time we ask for something (we won't be going back while she's working)!!!! All in all, a good place - just sit at the bar!

The End Zone is now under new ownership and is better than ever! They have opened up the floor plan and added a Sideline Smoking Bar. So there is essentially a family restaurant, a full bar and a secondary smoking section/bar...all areas with TVs everywhere. I have had many meals at the End Zone and always loved everything. My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch wrap with the loaded waffle fries! The waitresses are very friendly and the service has always been great. I would recommend this place for sure. You can enjoy a meal and sports with family in one room, meet and mingle at the full bar in the next room and then if you so choose, head out to the smoking bar for a smoke break..all in one location. The waitresses are also easy to find in the referee shirts (clever!)

We've been here many times,try to go when it's not too busy.The food is excellent,some of our favorites are the corn nuggies,Philly Cheesesteak,and the BLT? with about a half pound of bacon! Very friendly service even when they are busy and you can watch your pick of sports on the dozens of bigscreen TVs.

I have been to The End Zone twice now. Both times qualify for the top 5 worst experiences I have ever had with food service. The first time the service was horrible and they double charged my credit card. It took 5 weeks, several phone calls, and the intervention of my credit card company to get the extra charge removed. During this time I was told I had to figure out who should have been charged instead of just getting an apology and the situation corrected. A year later, I went back. This time it took over 15 minutes until we got a menu, and another 15 before our orders were taken. My friend and I were there for over an hour and a half watching a football game and only got one refill (soda for me and beer for him). It was a college football Saturday and the guy was only on his second day. I had a hard time blaming him for management making him work a room that large with no experience. I still have no problem blaming management. This time, the bill was right on, but my order was messed up. I have to say that the menu is limited and quite boring. Another problem I have with this place is the placement of TVs and tables. I had to watch a TV that was about 40 feet away because I had a column in front of me, along with others who were just standing around due to lack of seating. When you place the bar in the middle of the room it spreads out the medium sized TVs too far apart. I have to say, I gave the place a second chance, but I am done spending my money at this place. I have heard several friends say they like it there, but I can not agree with them. Based on my experiences, it would be silly to give them another dime.

This bar is the best! Great food, great atmosphere and an all around great time!
