Slowest, rudest bartender I ve ever experienced in my lifetime. Only three people at the bar and it still took 15 minutes to take my drink order. I wanted to order food too, but could never get Orlando s attention to place my order. Left and went to Chilis up the road.
The TGI Friday's in Williamsburg has surpassed my expectations. The servers were friendly and helpful, drinks were tasty and the food came quickly and was very good. Since the restaurant is easy to find right off I-64, I would most definitely recommend stopping by Friday's on your way through Williamsburg.
Oddly enough, lots of people I know have had awful experiences here, but I have been quite pleased the three times I've gone there since they opened. It's hard to beat their three course meal dinners and the staff is always super friendly and my food always tastes good. Lots of variety in the menu and if you're a drinker they've got plenty of interesting stuff to try. The parking lot is a little wonky but if you don't go there when it's busy, it's fine.
When I came there, we had to wait for about 15 minutes to get us a person to order our drinks. Once we got the food, the spinach dip was stone cold with freezer burn. They were extremely rude when I asked for Cheddar on my cheeseburger. My daughter's fish was rock cold. The cheeseburgered I ordered well done, but it was barely rare.
We tried it again, we got the same as the last time with cold food and horrible employees.
I don't recommend it. It was horrible.
Told 20-25 minute wait, ended up being an hour. When we got in to the dining area it was less than two-thirds full. It appeared that they were way understaffed because we then had to wait for drinks and for our food order to be taken. The only thing that came quickly was the check. I will not be going back and I advise others against as well.
