Buffalo Wings & Rings, Richmond

I usually went to $.50 wings on tuesdays, but no more. (Lewis Center, OH location) I was nickeled and dimed on my last visit. First I was charged $.50 extra for mixing 2 sauces, which I never got charged for before. Then I got charged $.50 extra for asking them to make them extra hot, which was something I never got charged for before. Thats bullshit!! Thats an option they offer. I was never told there would be any extra charges for those listed above. Whats worse, is they charged me over $2.00 for a soda. And the WORST part of my last visit was the customer service. Their customer service SUCKS ASS!! They're rude, don't tend to the customer a customer walks in the door, takes for ever to get your order to you, even if I'm the only customer they have in their section. I will NEVER eat at that piece of crap restaurant again.

thank god they built a buffalo wild wings because this place blows.... horrible service, bad food, rude management. we actually tried it 3 times hoping once they got opened and got into the swing they'd get better but they got worse and after trying the one next to jungle jim's it seems like the same everywhere you go

Their food is a lousy knock off of Buffalo Wild Wings. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings in town now so just go there its right down the road!

POOR MANAGEMENT,NOT HONEST,COLD FRIES,PRICES TOO EXPENSIVE.BURGERS ARE ALWAYS BURNT, JUST GO TO A LOCAL BAR INSTEAD.

the food is ok at best, but the service is AWFUL!!!! ...we actually had to chase down our server to get our check-- AFTER she had gotten the order wrong three times!

AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I RECOMEND IT FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES TO EAT!
