My wife and I stopped at Jalapeno Grill & Cantina the food was great, the server was very attentive right on to all our needs. The restaurant was dark, the owner sat us at the table, the table and table mats were wet told the owner snapped with an attitude replyed he had just cleaned the table and walked off, we could not see/read the menu due to the darkness and dullness of the menu s. The owner was walking by I ask him if he could please get something to dry the mats and table he grabed the mats and walked off a little later he comes back and dry off the table wih an attitude #$%$ off. In my oppinion I think the owner needs to seek help in anger management and let the servers take care of the customers. The over all rating for the owner is a 3, servers 8, food 9, restuarants cleanness 7, talble we sat at was sticky even after wiping off. Would I go back? Only if the owner was to hire a host/hostess brighten up the place. (The is only my oppinion......)
We had the House Specialties under $10 and for the money it was the best Mexican food we have had in a long time. They do have dinners from $12-$20 and we will be going back. Almost forgot the salsa was great!
We have been back 5 or so times and everything has been great till this last dinner. My wife had the mesquite Salad $13, I would not recommend the salad.
