Pazzo Cafe, Rocky Hill

If you are planning to enjoy a good quality meal for lunch don't even think of Pazzo. My wife and I were clearly disappointed from the moment we entered the Cafe, The so called hostess shuffled us to a booth, and then we waited for a waiter. Management is clearly lacking at this Rocky Hill location, and so is service. The only waiter seemed to be having a tough time handling the eight customers or so who were in the restaurant at the time. The Ravello Salad was soggy with saturated dressing. The added cold Chicken was not tasty. We expected fresh Grilled Chicken made to order like most restaurants do. The Barbecuse Chicken Pizza was edible, but not great. The Chicken was clearly lacking on the Pizza. Pazzo should call this a Microscopic Barbecue Chicken Pizza. One thing we did notice in the grill area were the chefs who were eating while preparing the food for everyone. Maybe that's where portion control Pazzo style comes in. I am surprised that this restaurant is making it in the highly competive restaurant business. The intent might be there to do better, but someone clearly dropped the ball.
