Went there today for the first time. My daughter looked up places to eat that served breakfast near 10Mi & Drake. The scrambled eggs with spinach, cheese and olives were served with a choice of fruit cup or toast. I chose the fruit cup which was 'cold packed' not fresh but I actually could'nt tell the difference since fresh strawberries and cantalope were added. The eggs were massive and quite tasty, the hash browns were actually brown and crunchy the way I make them at home (but usually can't get in a restaurant because it takes time). The after meal chocolate covered frozen strawberry was a nice touch.
I was repeatedly asked if I needed anything, extra hot water for my green tea, condiments...good service but then it took a bit to get the check. Great food and good service. It's a winner.
I'm going back while I'm in this area. And oh yes, they have WiFi!
I love this place. I was so happy when they opened a second location closer to me. The one in Clawson was overcrowded with people waiting to get in. Their food and service is excellent. The menu is great, from quiche duet, strawberry and whipped cream rolled pancakes, fresh squeezed orange juice, to crab cakes, etc. And the price for such inventive dishes (especially the seasonal) is ridiculously reasonable.
I was invited to breakfast here with a group of colleagues. Although I work 5 mins from the place, I had never even heard of it. Everyone's food looked fabulous! The omelettes were gourmet and fluffy and my favorite was the BERRY FRENCH TOAST. This was unlike any french toast I have ever seen. Looks like bread pudding, tastes like heaven. 2 days later, I am going back! I will likely find someone else to go with tomorrow! And now that I know it is so close to work, I will likely go more often! And it's not just breakfast, there was a line out the door during lunch time too. This place is a must try. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Excellent!
I'm a very picky, vegetarian customer and I LOVED this place. The food was thankfullly not made in commisary with loads of sodium and fat. It was creative, home made and extremely reasonable. The service was also top notch. Very few places would I even consider going for a meal but this is one of them.
I went there for lunch recently. My first visit, but went with my sister who raved about. I loved it. It is really charming with a wonderful ambience. The food was excellent, and the service was very good. I can't wait to go back!
