My wife and I bought some French Roast coffee and had lunch here in December on one of our visits to Bullhead City, Az. The coffee was GREAT. The lunch we had was excellent. The help was cheerful and service was prompt. We would give them 5 stars, and we plan to drop by again on our next visit.

This is a simply incredible coffee house. It is a community meeting place and a real sense of pride in the Bullhead City area. Food is amazing and the coffee is roasted on site and absolutely delicious. Traditional coffee making at its best! They obviously really care about what they are doing.

Its nice to see other people on here agree! Ive always heard such good things about this coffee shop and I started going in a regular basis, a friend of mine actually goes in at least twice a week. She has to agree with me that the place has gone downhill since its beginning. WHERE HAVE ALL THE GOOD WORKERS GONE!? I was in here from a time span of maybe two weeks apart at most and the whole crew was new! Come to think of it employees are going in and out of there like flies are dropping! I dont know if they are quitting or being fired but there is always a new face. The food used to be so good and worth its price, the coffee is still great except when the new faces make it! The only thing ill eat there from time to time is the Garden Green. I dont know whats going it but it seems as though the owners don't care too much anymore about how their business is going. It really is a shame because it used to be great! Its just all different now and not in a good way. :( booohoo

I am in town visiting family and I came across this coffee shop. Its a cute little shop, nice decor and story behind it and I had come in a few times for coffee before it it was good but we came in for lunch the first time the other day and the employees are very rude. We sat down for lunch and we were waited on by the older lady. She was downright rude and our food took so long to come out and when it did the order was completely wrong. One of the employees, a young man who was wendex a table right next to ours squirting with the bottle of windex all over our table area it was disgusting. I didn't hardly eat any of my meal and it was so overly priced. I would NOT recommend this to anyone looking to eat lunch. The side door was open letting in crickets, there was a dead one under our table, the chairs are gross there was food stuck on ours looked like they never cleaned them it was very unappetizing I would not go there to eat again.

Hello, My husband and I eat at the Fire House at least four times a week. I cannot believe that last review. Karen is extremely professional as well as all the staff. Food is beyond excellent and the service as well. There are only two restaurants I will eat at in Bullhead City and one is the Firehouse and the other is Black Bear Restaurant. Thank you,

FHCC is the best in the coffee world. The food is terricic and the service is great. The place gets busy sometimes but it is really worth the short wait. They bake all thier pastries and cupcakes in house as well a cinnamon rolls that are simply to die for!!!The owners take a lot of pride in thier shop and from what I understand there are four locations around the river. Dana is a master at his craft of roasting coffee and it is evident in the taste and quality. I do not usually post comments but this place reallly deserves an atta boy!!!

Every time i go into this coffee house I have to wait to be helped. Even if there are no customers ahead of me. One time I called in an order and asked the OWNER specifically which sandwhich was heated "ham and cheese panini" and she said that was the one. When I arrived to purchase it the sandwhich was cold. I confronted her and she lended no effort to correct my order. Totally UNprofessional! grrr!
