Mimi's Cafe, Greenville

A good place for a casual meal. They have a nice variety and good quality. Both service and decor are nice. My wife and I come by here frequently because of the mix of good food, service, and reasonable price.

Wow! What a wonderful place to have a first date for lunch and stay for three hoiurs. The food was great (for as much as I can remember), but for sure the service was excellent! The waitress was excellent in serving when we wanted food, and keeping a low profile when we were chatting. My date made it worth her while, and we were there at a slow time, so we did not take up space that was needed for other customers. Every time I'm in the area, it'll be Mimi's for me/us! After hearing how great it was, we went. The food was lukewarm, stale, and was not a good value. This place is overrated.

After my fourth visit I still am sold on this place! What a value for the money! Mimi's Cafe has a great menu selection and really super nice people. The food is one of the best values in Greenville, whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Pot Roast melts in your mouth! If you haven't been to this place...it's worth drive on Woodruff Road...and I would not say that about many places.

My husband and I decided to try out a new place to eat. Since he had heard about Mimi's Cafe through work, we figured we'd give Mimi's a try. Once arriving, both of us were cheerfully greeted as we walked in, and immediately seated at a booth at our request. We noticed that the atmosphere was very inviting, and the noise level was not very loud. Once seated, our server quickly greeted us, and took our orders. We arrived a little before 11AM, and even with a large breakfast crowd, we had a short wait for our appetizers and juice. When our main meals came out, our server made sure we were still happy with our drinks and appetizers before she tended to her other customers. The food that we ordered was cooked to our specifications perfectly. The service was GREAT - not overcommitted or lacking, and the food was Excellent! If you ever have the chance, and want a great fresh home cooked meal - go to Mimi's Cafe! Maybe we'll see you there.

After hearing nothing but good things about Mimi's Cafe for months, I went there for the first time this evening. I have to say it has been a long time since I've been in a restaurant and been treated so nicely. The food, atmosphere and service were all perfect. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive but not intruding. My friend and I ordered the chicken finger appetizer and the most wonderful Bleu Cheese Cranberry Walnut Salad. This is now my new favorite place. I'll definately go there again.......and soon! I would feel more than comfortable going alone, on a date or with a group.
