The first time I really noticed Woody’s was last summer when my wife and I
drove by it in the middle of the afternoon and saw one of their patrons
passed out under one of the tables Woody’s had out on the sidewalk.
Everyone there ignored them and the wait staff stepped over them like they
weren’t even there. After that I would have never even thought about
stepping foot in the place, months later a friend from out of town called
and said he was at Woody’s ? foolishly I drove over. The service? - I
watched my friend try to order food, only to be told the kitchen was
closed. Then watched a regular fall off his bar stool not two minutes later and
have the girl behind the bar make him a pizza. As far as the clientele,
it’s great if you like watching parents bring their 8-10 year old daughter
in and get so drunk in front of them they can’t find the door…. I guess
this must be the place for the people (and staff) to go that get kicked out of
all the real bars in Stillwater. I’m amazed that this place can keep their
doors open. Stay away.
