Unfortunately China Star just hasn't shaped up to be a good restaurant yet. Either you get served instantly but end up with food that looks like it's been out under the heat lamp all day, or else you have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to cook what you want because they're almost out of it. Last time I was there, I had to wait one order, and after it was ready they tried to give me the other order that had been sitting out for 15 minutes! How about a little common sense? Best advice -- stop by, grab a menu, and phone ahead to let them know what you want, and that you want it fresh.
