Red Sky Barbeque, Pahrump

Easily, one of the best places to go in Pahrump. The portions are generous- we always have a second meal at home with the leftovers from the previous night. Prices are fair and nobody can compete. We have seen them preparing the overnight cooking for slow BBQ-ing the roasts- so by the time you eat, it's been cooked all night long. Great selection of food- their Salmon is to die for, the shish kabobs are marinated with a flavor that I cannot duplicate, and the pulled pork and brisket are mouth watering. Been going back for more since it opened.

OUTSTANDING! The jerk chicken, potato salad and baked beans absolutely delicious! The brisket and smoked chiken chinese salad are both to die for! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

I got a problem with calling this a BBQ Restaurant, calling it one is a farce. The Food Is Edible, but I don't see How they can call it a BBQ place when it serves a large amount of oriental food and also the restaurant has the feel of a chinese place. The only 2 authentic BBQ Items They serve is there pulled pork and there BBQ brisket, the Ribs are very mediocre they are boiled and then put on a grill with just some BBQ sauce that tastes a lot like open pit BBQ sauce that they sell a discount grocery stores, and anyone that knows BBQ know that boiling ribs aint BBQ ribs so if your looking for a BBQ place to eat, don't stop here but if you are looking for some semi fine dining then this is your place .

By far the best food for the best price not only in Pahrump but Vegas too! Blows away Tony Roma's Ribs and Famous Dave's Barbecue ... The service was excellent and the owners very friendly ... I live in Vegas and I'm taking a group of people to Pahrump just to eat at Red Sky. Yummy!

By far one of the best places to eat in Pahrump. You can ALWAYS expect the same thing when you go in, and that is quality. Best ribs in town. Our favorite place. You won't be disappointed!

We have eaten there many times now, I like it because they use fresh ingredients, avoid chemicals. I haven't found anything I haven't liked. The oriental chicken salad is fantastic, they make a dressing from scratch. Just about everything we have had is very good from skewers, to steak, to fruit, to appetizers.
