Sadly, this restaurant has the location and a great atmosphere but is so lacking in everything else. To start, they used prepackaged pasta (i.e. with a kitchen that sits out in clear view of patrons, I watched them dump Costco's Spinach and Cheese ravioli (they didn't even try to hide the packaging) in the pot of boiling water and would guess the tortellini was too, etc.) the sauce tastes like it's from a can and the only ingredient they've added is sugar (to try and disguise otherwise), and even the meatballs aren't homemade, they're obviously frozen. They don't even go the distance to bring you fresh hot (or cold) bread while you wait, instead you get crispy bread crackers (still in the package). Maybe if they had a kid's menu (with kid's prices) they could compete for some of our business but they certainly won't get mine again. For the price, this restaurant is so not worth it, even in good economic times I wouldn't waste my hard earned money here. For our family of 5 we spent $85 and didn't even have dessert of alcohol.
