A Savory Affair Cuisine, Mesa

Chef Tim and Chef James are amazing! They are very personable and laid back, yet they never left us wanting of anything and worked harder to make our night special than I imagined anyone would. They truly made our night, rather than broke it as so many caterers do that I've seen at different weddings. There's no doubt I would suggest A Savory Affair to anyone looking for a wedding caterer.

If I could give Chef Tim a 10, I would. He was amazing!! His food is so tasty and his portions are huge. His waitstaff was perfect. We were able to have a 4 course plated dinner for the price that the majority of the other caterers were quoting for a basic buffet. Tim worked with us to create a wonderful meal that was beautiful, tasted like a million bucks and worked in our limited budget. You'd be crazy not to use A Savory Affair!

We loved the food at our wedding. Chef Tim was great to work with (although seems that sometimes a phone call is quicker than email). Food was absolutely amazing and incredible value for the price. We thought that this was the best wedding food we had ever had at a wedding. Chef Tim and his staff also set up all of our tables for us (and took care of it at the end of the night), made sure the wedding party got appetizers and drinks, and served us the meal so we didn't have to go through the buffet line. I wish I could eat this food again, yum!

i would NOT go with this company...they do not honor the pricing on their website, so please don't be fooled...when i called their attention to their website pricing the only thing Chef Tim told me was that it had been over 2 yrs since he had written it and that he could not possibly cater my wedding for the pricing that's on the website and that their were other catering company's and good luck... very unprofessional!!!

They just catered my wedding on Feb 14, 2009. They did a wonderful job! the food was excellent and very well put together. Chef Tim was fantastic to work with and helped us set up a menu that was awesome. Since we had our wedding on Valentines Day and our friends and family were going to spending their time with us, instead of going out for a nice dinner on their own, we wanted to have a special dinner for them to enjoy at our wedding. There was only one thing they did that I was unhappy with. I had selected sweet tea for the drink that was to be served with dinner. However they did not get the tea out for everyone to drink until the dinner was almost over. But other than that we had many compliments on the dinner that we had at our wedding reception.

Before you book or do business with the caterer, you really need to check out the Maricopa County restaurant inspection report. They totally flunked their latest health and cleanliness inspection (10/08).

They did my wedding just recently at a golf club resort. My husband and I did a luau theme, reminiscent of our early honeymoon trip to Hawaii, it was MAGNIFICENT! Simply fabulous. They exceeded my expectations and the food was great. We had a roasted pig and salmon and four side dishes. The guests raved about the food. The presentation at the buffet and the placements at the tables were perfect. I being OCD was just delighted that everything was gorgeous and how I wanted it. It was definitely worth the price. Great job Chef Tim and Chef James! I will totally call them again for our anniversary party.
