We are the place to be in Franklin,TN for great food, cold beer, wonderful service and awesome live music. If you're looking for a genuine taste of texas, you have found it! Our meat is dry rubbed with spices and slow cooked in a texas-style smoker. It's a time-intensive process, and we prepare it for you to crave! Our smoker is cooking 24 hours a day but we are only here from 11am until the last customer leaves!
