I agree the food is good at Singo Sushi, but the customers services can use some help. I went there with my mother to order take-out, and was standing next the waitress who was taking orders for more than 15 minutes and never did she once acknowledge us, and continued to answer the phone take orders, and giving the other customers their dinner. Regardless how busy a restaurant is, if you’re the waitress and hostess, you should greet your costumers. I felt this girl was very rude and lacked customer service. To make it worse when I called to complain, she hung up on me. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! and lack of people skills. Pieces of advice, if you want your business to succeed, have friendlier staff. You need the customers, the customers don’t need you. There are better places than Singo to eat sushi, like KUMO’s in Waterbury. Went there after this experience with Singo and received the best services. You should visit Kumo’s and get some tips on how to treat your customers.
