Kinara Thai Bistro, Portland

Really great food! I am totally addicted to the Tom Yum soup, but everything I have had here has been great. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is reasonably priced. I've become a regular.

Kinara Thai Bistro is a little gem on the Max line in SW Portland both in terms of its atmosphere and its food. The colors and art are warm and contemporary and the food is very fresh and full of the complex flavors that we have come to expect of the best of Thai cuisine. The prices are very reasonable and the service excellent. Kinara Thai Bistro is a great find.

Absolutly delicious authentic Thai food, friendly service and great presentation. The atmosphere and warmth of the place only add to the dinning experience. Its very reasonable price will leave you satified.

Excellent Thai fusion. Very fresh. Delicate flavors are wonderfully balanced. This place is special. Very authentic. They care and it shows. The Spring Rolls are crisp and light. The Cashew Chicken has wonderful flavor and is tender without being oily. Good portions with nice presentation. Won Ton soup is highly recommended. The atmosphere is understated with a modern feel. You could wear a suit or dress, but not feel out of place in shorts and sandals. The service was friendly. Prices are in the $4-15 range - more than fair given the exceptional quality. Seating is limited. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope they stick around for many years to come!
