Texas Roadhouse, Bismarck

We waited an hour and a half after our scheduled reservation time, only to receive terrible service. We waited for ten minutes for our waitress, another ten minutes for our drinks, and another twenty minutes for our food. When the food did arrive, one guest was forgot about, told their food would be right out. Waited another ten minutes for the waitress only to be told the order was not prepared. We then waited another 15 minutes for this persons order only to be told it would be another five minutes. (meanwhile the other guests have already consumed their food) In the end, we got a free steak (still not to our request), and had to pay for the rest of our order PLUS gratuity for service that was not there. UPDATE--- we received a complimentary visit coupon in the mail for two, and when we returned to the roadhouse it was great-EVERYTHING was great, the food service, atmosphere. We really enjoyed our second experience there and will go again sometime.
