Rosie's Restaurant, Calimesa

First and formost, I am Mexican American, I have had endless varieties of latino dishes. I am not a huge fan of burritos or pork dishes, but tacos are amount one of my favorite foods. Rosies is right around the corner from where I reside, I have found that calling in your order is a huge time saver, I usually order shredded beef and shredded chicken tacos (they have very tasty juicy meat, and a home made style tortilla, they use A LOT of cheddar cheese that is finely shredded, a slice of tomatoe on a plethora of finely shredded ice burg lettuce, personally I think that the shredded beef taco is the best item *3 tacos= under $7 after tax). I have had their burritos and I was not impressed at all. If you decide to try it, beware of the beans; I did not like them at all, and the rice was subpar at best. The quesadilla is okay, but it's kinda pricy considering, I can do next door to stater brothers and get more, prepare and make the meal better myself in less time. An average order has a minimum of a ten minute wait for fast food and the cost is just under $10 if you include a drink. On monday they have specials but they aren't all that great. What I really do not appreciate is when I am in line first, they take my order and then my order comes after others who I saw come in and order after me, that is the reason for the 2 stars off. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the single most important standard when attempting to run a successful business. They are currently adding a room to expand the size of the capacity, I hope they turn into a restruant with supreme customer service and give free chips and salsa, THE HOT SAUCE IS AWESOME, I eat 2 per taco, they allow you to take as many as you please.
