Went there ith a part of 5 on a Sunday at about 7:45pm ... The place was completely empty except for two other parties, yet it took the hostess 10-15 minutes to seat us! Food wasn't that great and was overpriced ... plus the waitress was so slow and we never got our bread or water ... Don't waste your time.
Consistently disappointing. Food is usally bad (cold, dried out, over-salted, small portions), service is usually worse -- and not just slow, but rude. If you're unhappy, don't bother asking to speak to the owner; he won't give you the time of day. The place seems to be run like a private club for Pat's cronies, and apparently I am not a member. It's amazing a place this mediocre stays in business..
You're better off across the street at Campagnia. At least their staff is friendly and it doesn't take 20 minutes to get a beer when there's only seven people in the bar.
Took a chance for lunch. Will be going back. Very clean. GREAT food. Will be back in 3 days to try Sunday Brunch. Can't wait. Tried the salad with salmon.Very filling.Just great. The waitress always had a smile. We were never rushed. That is a big plus. Thank you!!! Will let the word out on this place for sure!
Tried this restaurant tonight with another couple. Ordered from the Fresno Restaurant Week menu and all four of us were very impressed with our meals. The crabcakes made a great starter but the tendeloin with shrimp was the star of the show. The tenderloin literally melted in your mouth, I'm guessing prime grade. The desserts were good and all the portions were the perfect size. Along with the Tuesday wine special of 30% off the bottle price this evening was a perfect paring of value and excellent cuisine. The service was prompt and the staff friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return.
EXPENSIVE, SMALL PORTIONS. I spent $25 on dinner, got NO meat, and walked out HUNGRY. Why do people pay for atmosphere ONLY?! Why do people eat crap that looks like it came from a TV dinner just so they can elbow up with other people? Also, WAAY too LOUD, the people are loud as hell, My friend and I were in the eating area and we constantly had to shout and repeat over and over what we were saying. We called to make reservations the lady on the phone told us we really didnt need them because they weren't very busy. We ask for the reservation anyway. We arrive early. We still had to wait 30 MINUTES for our cramped 2X2 table in the corner. The table was so small I had to put my water on the floor. The siverwae kept falling to floor because the table was so small. The menus took up the whole table!! Never shall I return.
My boyfriend took me to Five, he thought it would be romantic with the candle light dinner, BUT the service was HORRIBLE our waitress didn't give us the complimentary starter, hardly ever came to check up on us, and the $35.00 dollar plate of filet mignon which I asked for Medium Well was like a rubber shoe. And finally at the end of the meal the servers were supposed to give ALL WOMEN ROSES and I however didn't get one, I didn't care for the rose but it was very rude of her not to give me one. Will not go back!!! I have received better service at Denny’s.
