Cafe Gianni, Eustis

Cafe Gianni is a very european concept. Small, simple and with great food prepared by Gianni a wonderful chef from outside Rome, Italy. This place is all about the food, although the service is excellent as well. Every dish is prepared to order by Gianni and he will prepare any combination you like as long as he has the ingredients. Go there have a glass of wine and relax as your dinner is prepared, this is relaxed fine dining not high stress fast food. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food, Gianni also teaches cooking classes if you want to learn how it's really done well!! How this restaurant ended up in Eustis I don't know but I do know I felt like I was back in Italy for the evening! Mange, Mange.
