Partners Lisa Vaccaro and Chef Abby Harmon opened Caiolaac2s Restaurant November 11th 2005 in Portlandac2s West End. Their philosophy is simple: Create an atmosphere where friends, family and neighbors can come together and celebrate. Whether it be lifeac2s milestones, or just sharing a meal created by Abby, utilizing the finest, freshest ingredients available. Caiolaac2s prides itself on using local farms such as Laughing Stalk, Caldwell, Apple Tree, Sunset Acres, Harbor Fish, and Upstream, just to name a few. Caiolaac2s family begins with its name, which comes from Lisaac2s great grandfather Augustino Caiola of Napoli.
