Wow has Logans changed. With in the last 6 months we have eaten a two different locations a few times, with the last being on 71st to see if it would be better. Sorry, if nothing else it got worse. The service was as poor as it gets. The witress only visited our table once after the food was brought to us. I had to ask for barbeque sauce for my so called barbeque chicken, and took 15 minutes to get it. of couse was nearly finished and didnt matter anymore. The food itself was at best mediocre for both our meals, with smaller portions, and raised prices. We will not be going to any Logans again. Im really tired of restauarants lowering their quality and service, raisng prices, and expecting us to keep giving them business.
Poor service, food not worth the price or the wait . Chicken was undercooked and wait staff seemed clueless. I have eaten at the Owasso location before and it was good so may go there again but not this one...go next door to the Outback !!
My husband and I eat here once every few months, and it is extemely hit or miss. We went here just a few days a go with my Mother -in-law. She and I have never been overly impressed with the food, but my husband likes their sirloin so we go for him. Upon being seated, we noticed the menu had been paired down considerably and the prices had gone WAY up. My husband usually orders the Logan, which is normally priced around $11.99, it had gone up to $14, which in my opinoin is not worth it. My Mother-in-law and I ordered the same 8 oz sirloin, which also had gone up in price. Both came out, and she could barely cut into her steak, but not wanting to bother the waiter, kept the steak and tried to eat it. The whole steak had so much fat in it, she only coul deat 3 pieces of it, and mine was nearly the same. The potatoes tasted like glue, and the mac' n cheese was soupy and over cooked. The onion petal that came with my meal were soggy and tasted like fish. The only decent thing was the sweet potato and rolls.
Also, the booth we sat in had no lighting so it was extremely dark at the table. So much so, that we could not see to eat our meal easily. We couldn't get the managers attention and our waiter never stayed at our table long enough to let him know. My Mother-in-law let the hostess know, but she acted like they knew and were not gonna do anything about it. When we came into the restaraunt there were so many hostess' hanging out at the front coloring pictures and chatting, no one acknowledged us for a few minutes. I had to speak up and let them know someone was there. They were very rude and continued to color and chat once we let them know how many people we had in our party. Some one finally grabbed some menus and just walked away, leaving us to wonder if we were to follow her or not. There were very few people there, so it's not like they were busy, we just did not recieve very good service or food.
My Mother-in-law paid, so I didn't have any control over the tip or anything else, but if I had paid, there would have been no tip, although to our waiters defense, he was a decent waiter, the food wasn't his fault. We will not be going back to Logan's Ever again. I don't like Outback, so we will gladly pay more to go to Texas Roadhouse. Even Chilis has a better steak!
Summary: Extremely Mediocre. When you put a steakhouse right next to an Outback, you better have good quality steaks. Unfortunately, that is not the case. This place honestly has the worst quality steaks I have ever seen. 8oz sirloin was ordered medium well and arrived at about 5-6oz. full of fat and grissle and was cooked RARE. After pointing this out, 2nd steak was the full 8oz but was overcooked, thin, tough and tasted like the cheapest bottom round steak you could buy at Walmart. On the bright side, service was decent and the rolls are really good. In the future though, I just can't image going back to Logans when there's an Outback next door that serves food that is so far superior it's not even close.
my husband and I have been to Logans in Owasso several times. The steaks were always cooked perfectly as ordered. Love the rolls, and salads as well. We received a free appetizer on first visit, and they were all good too. We have even called in orders to go, I pick up on my way home from work. We got even more on the togo order ( extra toppings for potatoes, and extra rolls too). The to go orders were just as perfect as the in house meals. Logans is now our favorite resteraunt. nice variety on menu, but we always end up with our favorite steak. I prefer a little quieter atmosphere, so bringing it home works out great for us. For younger crowd, the music and sports screens are perfect.
A few of my relatives and I ate at Logan's over the weekend and my experience was terrible and I will never even think about spending any money there again. The food was not right, the waiter was never around so we did not leave a tip because the poor service didn't warrant one. But the theiving waiter there took it upon himself to pencil in his own tip which once again he did not deserve and then it was for a rediculious amount. Just beware of Keith and your credit card reciept because KEITH STEALS MONEY FROM HIS CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS even though he sucks as a waiter
Have eaten here since they opened. Food is always good, service is always great, atmosphere is laid back and loud. Always the best sporting events on the flat screens. Can't miss good food at a fair price. Only so-so meal I ever had there they immediately took care of. Can't ask for more than that.
Have been there 4 times. 3 of the 4 were great. Great food, great service, knowledgeable bartender...but the 1 time it was so-so food, bad service and a very inexperienced bartender. I hope that they were just having a bad night the one time. Will definitely try them again!
