The food has been top notch everytime we've been, but the staff needs to realize that patrons expect the the staff to be as classy as the food. Overheard staff talking about personal issues, just TMI. Recommended friends a few months later and I was embarrased when she said she heard foul language 3 times (once from the owner) and that she would have enjoyed Outback better.

Truly the best dining experience available in Lake County! One dinner at Jeffrey's and you will be a regular. The food is fantastic, everyone on staff has an excellent personality, just a great time. If you can make on one of his live entertainment nights even better! Kudos to Jeff, Chris & the gang!

Jeffrey Paul's Chop House is a great restaurant with the best food in Lake County. My family and I go here when we want a great dinner. The waitstaff is very well trained and very attentive. The food is excellent (the cream spinich is to die for). Jeffrey and Chris make you feel like part of their family. After your first visit they will call you by name everytime you enter the restaurant. This place is a must if you want the best food in the County

For my family and me, in Lake County, this is the premier special occasion place. The food is top drawer, the service is excellent and the ambiance is comfortable.
