Veg-N-Out

Description

Veg-N-Out offers an alternative menu that allows guests to enjoy many of their same great comfort foods, or near-perfect imitations, without the calories. The restaurant offers gourmet burgers like the Rasta Burger, a sandwich of sauteed red, gold and green peppers and sauteed onions on a homemade veggie patty with sprouts, tomatoes & mayonnaise; and the North Parker, a homemade veggie patty topped with Swiss, sauteed onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayonnaise. Veg-N-Out also offers a selection of tofu hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads; and for those with smaller appetites, they offer children's menu. For those who want to treat themselves to a special drink, try any of their mango, strawberries, pineapple or banana smoothies. - Erick Pettersen

ok whether you eat meat or not, this place is really good. sometimes you wait a while for your food but i think they got that handled now. even then it was worth the wait. the non-meat burgers (many) are yummy, the avocado-that has a tempura covering is to DIE for-you can just order that. The salads, desserts-all worth going here. I try to call my order in ahead of time so I don t have to wait.

My wife and I visited Veg-n-out for the first time. I was very impressed with the taste of the food. for a small cozy restaurant the service with okay. I had larger expectations than what was given.

Very rarely does a sure thing arise, but when the opportunity is there, take it. That's just like VegNout. If you are a card carrying carnivore, take a bite out of a meaty burger or smothered hotdog, and ask whether you can tell the difference; the great part is, even if you can, the taste won't make you care. And for vegans, many items on the completely vegetarian menu can be made so. But at VegNout not only is what you eat important, but what you eat with. Every utensil, to go box and anything else you lay your eyes on involving the in house choices comes from either recycled products or otherwise eco-friendly material. Except one little thing, promotions for the bottled water that makes donations to cleaning up water sources around the globe are made of plastic. A more than forgivable instance. So for bringing a substantial dining choice to the community, and realizing it in green hues, VegNout is a definite destination.

The food was great Veg N' Out reminded me alot of that franchise Inn and out..but without all the bad ingredents. The food was great but the service could of been better. Unlike a traditional restraunt you have to seat yourself. But for a fast food joint it was great and I got what I expected. I ate the Very Vegan which was the best and that Cucummber salad was flavorable. Service after order was great. I would recommend it to everyone!

I'd love to see this restaurant make it. however it's usually fairly empty. it sits between an excellent pizza place, a great taco shop and around the corner from another great sushi and italian joint. So, it's a veggie place surrounded by great restaurants that also have veggie options.
