I've been going to Planet Bark for more than 5 years and have seen it go through some changes. The new owners are amazing! They have worked with my Black Lab Mix, who can be somewhat reticent, and she LOVES it there! My Shiba Inu can be a little spitfire but she is thriving in the atmosphere there. Planet Bark is the best doggie daycare and boarding in the area!!

I first visited Planet Bark when it opened a few years ago. To be honest, I liked it (especially the really nice brunette in the front office), but was not happy with Hours of Operation for weekends. So, I chose to stick with my petsitter. A friend recently told me it was under new management and had extended their hours, so I checked it out. The new hours give me so many choices for picking up or dropping off my baby. Someone is finally listening !! My dog stayed over the holidays and she seemed to have had a great time.

I just have to say that I have had nothing but positive experiences with the people at Planet Bark. My dog goes there for daycare 3 to 4 times a week and I just boarded with them over the holiday. I would just encourage people to go there and see the changes, meet the people, and judge for themselves. I choose to write this review because I believe that Planet Bark does a wonderful job caring for my dog and would never hesitate at recommending them to anyone!

Great! That is what I have to say about PLANET BARK. The people there are genuine and 100% focused on the dogs. I have experienced nothing but professionalism and positive attitudes. They really make me feel like they care immensely about the dogs in their facility. They are continuously making changes and updating their facility to make it more and more comfortable and safe for the animals. All interactions I have witness between Clients and the Owners, and employees has been positive and comforting. I would recommend Planet Bark to anyone looking for a nice place to board their dog or for daycare. I've seen the care they give to the dogs. Its like everyone is as important as their own pet. I've been impressed, and I would be shocked at anyone who didn't share my opinion. The new owners of the business are very nice and very interested in putting their clients and their dogs first! Great Job!!!

I have been using Planet Bark over the last year and I have found the new owners to be refreshing, caring, and focused on the safety of my dog. During my last visit, they invited me to see the new renovations and they look great! Molly will definetly be staying in one of the Sweet Suites! I love the way they greet me and how much attention they give Molly everytime she comes. It certainly is a refreshing change, one worth checkiing out if you are considering doggie daycare and boarding.

Planet Bark has had two changes in management over the last couple of years, and that has not been a good thing - especially for the dogs. I would not take my dogs there as I don't believe the management or staff are equipped to appropriately care for the dogs. Most significantly, a dog died while in their care, and another ran away from the facility.

Excellent, Caring & Professional Facility: Planetbark has been EXCELLENT for my dog! I have been taking him there for several years, with no complaints. This facility is like nothing I have ever seen. There are no cages, and the dogs have extensive playtime. The ratio of staff to dogs makes me feel at ease. I know my baby is always being taken care of. The staff doesn't merely feed and release the dogs, they work on socialization and exercise, which is essential since I work a long day. The staff is friendly and sweet. This facility provides me with a piece of mind. When I pick my dog up I am always treated with a smile and a report on how his day went. It is daycare at its best.
