i loved this place. it has a nice atmosphere, and it has improved a lot since the last place i was there. the wait staff needs to be reviewed though, because our waitress wasn't always on task. bartenders were great though. i would recommend this place!
There food is way under what I expected in fact not a thing I would want to try again, and the bar scene is... different. I would like it to be a live music high spirits bar, but it is a place to get a few quick drinks in before hitting up the G.I. or the pioneer to get a drink quick (not usually pack (for a reason?))
Were sitting around the house one night and had a craving for cheese curds. Heard Dooley's made their own so decided to give them a try. Got there only to find out they were out of cheese. How can you be out of cheese in Wisconsin. Still stayed and decided to try their bloody. Not very good, tasted like water. I don't think they used anything with spice. Seriously tasted like watered down tomato juice. Granted it was only $3 but I can get a can of tomato juice and ice for cheaper. Just for the record, garnished with pickle and olive (not much in other words).
On the positive side, this place has a favorable atmosphere. It's bright in comparison to many EC bars and has lots of booths and an upstairs for seating.
