Lucy's Mexicali Restaurant, Ruidoso

Do NOT eat here! Poor service, horrible food and overpriced. My group stopped in for dinner and received a dirty glass with lipstick still on the rim, a RAW chicken strip for a child, a $13 fajita dinner that included a plate-full of peppers and onions and less than a handful of chicken, and a gnat (yes, a live insect) in a taco. We had to ask two different waiters for extra salsa three times before they complied. By the time we got a new glass and chicken we had all lost our appetites. Then, the waiter didn't split the check. Absolutely dreadful experience. Go anywhere else, but not Lucy's.

Voted best Margarita's for a reason! Didnt try the food. we just sat at the bar and had a few drinks. cool bartender and good margarita's.

This is absolutley the worst place to have food at in Ruidoso!!!! The service is AWFUL!!! The food is edible, but not worth what they charge. The margaritas are watered down and nasty. OH! Did I mention the service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere!!! Not to mention that even the owner has NO CONCEPT of customer service!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Save your money and your time!!!

Avoid at all costs! Worst dining experience of my life. We had a group of 10 at 3:00 on a saturday afternoon. It took 3 hours to get out of there, the food was cold and gross (and way too expensive for what we got, rice and beans cost extra) They messed up our drinks and would not help us out in any way (wouldn't separate checks) The owner herself came to help out, and just made things worse. Our waiter was a Saint and was the only one on our sides. Everything else, TERRIBLE Go to Casa Blanca if you want good Mexican Food in Ruidoso, Lucy's Blows!

Went to Lucy's when I was down visiting family in Oct, the staff and owner are so friendly. Love the live music on Fri and Sat and the dj downstairs on sat it caters to both the young and young at heart.

We ate at Lucy's Mexicali Restaurant at our vacation in Ruidoso. It was pretty busy and took a while to be sat, but the service took even longer. We sat for 15 minutes before our drink order was even taken. When the food arrived it was cold. The whole experience might of been better with a different waitress.
